These terms are between you and All Surface Roofing and Maintenance, LLC (“All Surface”, “we”, “us”), an Oregon limited liability company operating as All Surface Cleaning Company and All Surface Roofing and Construction.

You may use our websites to learn about our services, request estimates and contact us. You agree not to:
Use the sites for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information

Estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract, book an appointment or commit you to any work.
An estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, it is valid for [30] days from the date issued, after which pricing may be revised.
Estimates are based on the condition of the property as observed at the time of the estimate, including any photographs or descriptions you provide. If conditions differ from those observed — for example concealed damage, structural issues, restricted access, or a materially different scope — we will notify you and provide a revised price before carrying out any additional work. We will not perform extra chargeable work without your approval.
Work is scheduled only once you have accepted an estimate in writing, including by email or text message.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being worked on, including unlocking gates, securing pets, and moving vehicles or fragile items where necessary. Where attic or interior access is required, someone must be present to provide it.
You do not need to be present for an estimate or, in most cases, for the work itself. Where you cannot be present, we will assess the project and leave the written estimate at the property.
Exterior work is weather dependent. We may reschedule where conditions make work unsafe or would compromise the result. We will notify you as early as we can and offer the next available date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule confirmed work, please give us as much notice as possible. [Insert your cancellation policy here, including any notice period or fee.]
Any warranty or guarantee on our workmanship is as stated in the written estimate or service agreement for your project. [Insert your standard warranty terms here.]
Payment is due as set out in your written estimate or invoice. We accept payment by the methods listed at the time of invoicing, including online payment through our secure payment provider.

Your consent applies solely to All Surface and does not extend to any third party.
We will not share your mobile number with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time.
We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery depends on your wireless carrier.

When you send us photographs or descriptions of your property, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of preparing your estimate and carrying out your project.
We may also photograph work we carry out. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may use before-and-after photographs of completed work in our marketing, including on our websites and social media. We will not publish your name, full address or any other identifying detail without your permission.
If you would prefer that images of your property are not used in our marketing, email us at info@allsurfacepdx.com and we will remove them.
All content on our websites — text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by All Surface or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Surface, its owners and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of our websites or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our websites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Washington County], Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
